As a non-licensed ZHL Loan Originator, we will help you prepare and pass the NMLS test. Once you are licensed, you receive a competitive base wage and uncapped commission. We provide you leads on-demand and technology to help automate manual tasks, allowing you to focus more on your client. We offer an intensive onboarding and training program designed to help those without previous lending experience pass the National Mortgage Licensing exam and to help all new hires, regardless of experience level, become experts at our technology, processes, and effective sales behaviors. Originating mortgage loans, conducting borrower interviews, analyzing credit histories, and staying informed about current regulations
Following up on lead submissions and/or answering inbound calls
Building rapport with borrowers, analyzing financial situations, and recommending a loan product to meet your client's goals
Guiding loan progress through processing/closing
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs
No lending experience necessary. We will help you pass the NMLS exam to be licensed in every state you conduct business in
