The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group - Cockpit of the Future Division is looking for you as a VIE - Junior Business Development Engineer m/f for our site in Auburn Hills, MI, USA.


Your role and responsibilities?


In alignment to the Business Group strategies and for various, complex and diverse product scope, worldwide, the VIE - Junior Business Developer will work closely with the whole Cockpit of the Future team and the Business Group in order to enrich the Faurecia Consumer Strategy.

Your main missions will be to

  • Fuel Faurecia's Cockpit of the Future with new ideas and innovations
  • Support the identification of consumer trends through surveys, social media listening and secondary trend research
  • Trend watch for new services and business models in both the consumer and the mobility market
  • Support customer workshops to increase customer intimacy
  • Lead projects within the Cockpit of the Future domain
  • Support business plan and offer preparations
  • Prepare internal and external presentations


The mission will last 18 months.


Who are you?

  • Master's degree/Engineering diploma in with a specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing), other languages would be a plus
  • Previous experience in Business development or consumer research or trend research is a plus
  • Statistical background required
  • Good business understanding
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Team player
  • International mindset
