SCOPE

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an entry level Ecommerce Hybris Support Engineer to join its growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day activities may include the individual working closely with the users to troubleshoot issues and provide updates along with triage of all support tickets for the platform, including escalation
  • Resolve tickets for users including but not limited to
    • Access requests
    • Product enrichment
    • Synchrnization issues
  • Participate in review session of all tickets with platform team and business team to help in prioritization
  • Do browser side debugging with users to track down area of system where issue has occurred and provide in triage analysis
  • Work in an agile environment which requires the individual to be self-driven, make decisions independently and be flexible in order to cater to demand
  • Participating in entry level development tasks (automation scripts, product update scripts, etc).

TYPICAL BACKGROUND

Required skills:

  • Bachelor or associates degree in computer science, business administration or a related discipline
  • Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges
  • Very good comprehension and self-motivated quality commitment

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in the fllowing development environments is beneficial:
    • Understanding or working with Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) including Java, Spring, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web Services
  • Ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • Entry level (0 - 2 years)
