The Talent Management organization delivers high quality training services to a variety of internal customers throughout North America. The group also manages technical recruiting activities for the company's full-time, part-time and temporary positions.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Framatome is seeking an intern to join our Talent Management organization. This opportunity has the potential to be a multi-semester assignment giving the intern the opportunity to work in an HR environment while simultaneously pursuing their college degree.


Responsibilities include day-to-day management of Framatome's Portfolio Learning Management System (LMS) which includes domain and data administration, technical assistance to employees using the Portfolio tool, and assisting in the development of high quality corporate training programs. Opportunities may also be available to cross train in other Human Resources areas.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Applied Sciences, or other related field, with at least two semesters completed by start of internship. *** Please note that you must include a copy of your unofficial academic transcript in order to be considered for this opportunity.   • Strong academic performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous internship/co-op experience in field of study
  • Successful completion of coursework in Human Resources
