Position Summary: Responsible for the daily prep, scanning and indexing of documents. Assists members of the Patient Financial Services Department to promote efficient workflow. Provides clerical and technical support. Meets individual quality and productivity goals and expectations. Ensures documents are prepared, batched and scanned timely. Ensures quality of documents scanned. Indexes documents to the correct encounter and appropriate document type. Demonstrates a commitment to development in the Patient Financial Services functions. Meets individual quality performance goals as defined by departmental standards. Performs various clerical tasks.
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate.
