This position will help to provide support services to network users with technical problems/issues involving desktop, laptop or network services. Assists in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to courteous and customer-oriented service.


  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as database administration, data security compliance, and project management


  • Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major or recent graduate
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
