Position Summary

J. J. Keller is currently hiring Sales Professionals in our local Fox Valley offices, as well as remote to work from home. If you're a goal-oriented, competitive, and inquisitive individual who enjoys the "thrill of the chase", our inside sales team is the perfect fit for you!

Sales professionals at J. J. Keller develop positive business relationships with our customers by successfully qualifying accounts, uncovering needs, and transforming needs into sales opportunities utilizing a direct call / inside sales approach. These roles require individuals to have an effective application of sales process, assumptive closing style, and willingness to be on the phone the majority of the business day. With our extensive training program, you will be given the tools and training necessary to reach your full potential and earn great money.

Your primary focus will be selling to existing and prospective customers within the Transportation (DOT Compliance), Industrial Safety (OSHA Compliance) and/or Human Resources industries. Our diverse portfolio of solutions range from publications, supplies, and training to technology solutions, cloud services, outsourcing and consulting.

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • Prior sales, customer service or business experience preferred

  • Assumptive closing style while using an outbound sales call approach
  • Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
  • Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
  • Strong computer aptitude

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
