Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides coordination with dispatch in regards to scheduling
  • Advises dispatch that parts have arrived
  • Schedules and prioritizes follow-ups
  • Provides ETA on parts to required departments
  • Provide coordination with purchasing department
  • Work with purchasing to ensure correct parts are order when they have questions
  • Process returns
  • Process all fleet transactions
  • Transfers-Truck and personnel
  • Monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor and approve tool purchases
  • Coordinate physical inventory
  • Monitor and evaluate truck stock per truck
  • Work with purchasing on AIR quantities
  • Coordinate and support bid process
  • Help with bid approval where appropriate
  • Order cranes, subcontractors etc.
  • Field technician interface for any general administrative issues
  • Works with PM group to ensure schedules are met
  • Help with approval tool
  • On-boarding new technicians
  • Deal with technicians on any missing forms or time card issues
  • Administer on call schedules
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • High School graduate or GED with related vocational, technical or trade school classes; 3-6 years' experience in a related industry
  • Basic knowledge of refrigeration service and repair
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment
  • Experience with MS Suite products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
