Commercial Loan Coordinator
Salary Grade: Professional Support/Supervisory - salary based on experience

Within the Bank's policies and procedures and general industry practices, and in accordance with applicable regulations and
objectives, the position of Commercial Loan Coordinator (CLC) primarily supports the lending function of the Commercial Relationship Officers and Commercial Relationship Assistants in support of a growing commercial loan portfolio. The purpose of this position is to achieve the accurate and timely preparation of commercial loan documentation, in cooperation with the CRO/CRA, prospective Borrower, title companies, and closing attorneys.
The Commercial Loan Coordinator will be responsible for accurately managing commercial loan documentation through our established systems. This position will have extensive contact with the Commercial Loan Operations Department, Loan Administration and Commercial Credit Department. Additionally, this position will support the Commercial Lending Team with portfolio management and
correspondence as it relates to financial statement gathering and account maintenance.

Computer literacy- Functional familiarity with all aspects of Windows applications and navigation as well as competency with Microsoft Office products. Capability to learn LaserPro, Accusystems and Premier in a timely and sufficient manner.

well as organizational abilities and attention to detail. It also requires a person with the ability to prioritize work and maintain a fast-paced work schedule.

No supervisory responsibilities
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Some flexibility in hours is necessary based on the location assignments, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and must work 40.00 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
Travel for this position is limited to travel for meetings/training.
Required Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum three years' experience in loan administration functions. At least two years of commercial lending or related experience is preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Strong clerical skills, good communication skills and professional appearance are necessary for this position. Proficiency with a computer,
adding machine, copier, fax machine, and other office equipment are required.
