Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Under general supervision, is responsible for performing various activities in support of the engineering management function of the organization. This is an administrative type job in the engineering department. * Data management and cleansing of legacy information * Engineering data entry of Bill of Materials into the ERP system * Various machine design or process improvement projects of various complexity * Working in conjunction with Engineers to provide custom material handling solutions * Maintains highest achievable 5S ratings throughout all areas of responsibility * Always considers the company Green Initiative when planning activities, procuring supplies or disposing of materials or other assets * In addition to our core values all employees must follow the Code of Conduct * Mettler Toledo's Vision Statement is: One Team - Global Reach - Amazing Solutions. What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Requires a tactful and diplomatic personality. * Strong organizational skills * Attention to detail * Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities * Self-starter (can work without supervision) * Ability to consistently meet deadlines * Experience dealing with all types of people * Currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred) or a Technical degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience * Drafting Skills * Autodesk Inventor * Autodesk AutoCAD * Knowledge of GD&T (preferred) * ERP system experience (preferred) * Microsoft Office proficient
