This internship is designed for an undergraduate sophomore or junior interested in hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources.
General Description :
Under general supervision, the HR Intern supports functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, data management, employee and/or labor relations, leadership development, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special project
Primary Responsibilities :
Support VP of Talent Management in vendor identification and selection
Support Global Director of Talent Acquisition and/or Global RPO Manager in development of targeted demographic recruiting strategies Assist Global Talent Development Lead and/or Leadership Development Manager in event planning and/or coordination of 2019 global leadership summits
Analyze performance and ROI of social and digital media channels used by Talent Acquisition including but not limited to Indeed.com, LinkedIn, GlassDoor, and Facebook, et.al.
Prepare complex reports and/or PowerPoint presentations based on business needs Performs other support functions as needed
Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Global Studies, Communications or another related area
Rising Junior or Senior
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about people
Flexible and adaptable
Highly organized and attentive to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as needed
Ability to work collaboratively across teams as needed
Experienced with SEO and use of Google Analytics
Experienced in social and digital media communications/advertising
