This is a paid internship in our Portland, Oregon office. This is a great opportunity to work with professionals in your field of study.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Provide design support for a variety of projects which could include one or a combination of the following disciplines: Engineering (civil, mechanical, process or structural).
Responsibilities will include design, CAD drafting; project documentation (i.e., report preparation, quantity calculations, file organization, etc.); construction observation, attendance at client meetings and various project-related tasks.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D and/or Revit and/or MicroStation and MS Office software
Experience with water and waste water treatment and conveyance engineering is desired
Education and Experience
Enrollment in an accredited Civil Engineering program.
At least two years of college education in the civil engineering field and be within approximately less than 3 years of graduation.
