Grange provides a unique internship experience through the Grange Intern Development Program.
As an Intern in the Document Automation team, you will be introduced into the process of how customer correspondence is created at Grange. Our customer correspondence is critical in the lifecycle journey of our customers. From the moment of quoting through the application process and eventual distribution of our contracts and endorsements, our correspondence facilitates the agent's conversations and presents the product coverage and cost to our future and current policyholders. Our process facilitates the transformation of data to launch a 3rd party software tool whereby our designs are integrated with the data to produce different formats for distribution to electronic and paper channels. As a shared service team supporting both Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life the the team adapts to multiple project methodologies such as agile and waterfall. Expect project assignments/exposure to C#, OpenText Exstream, TFS, Content Manager, TFS, PostScript, PDF technologies. In addition, expect exposure to Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Claims Processing business units.
Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in an IT-related field, CIS or MIS. Strong verbal and written communication and customer service orientation is a must.
