VCA Misener-Holley Animal Hospital is a fast-paced, small animal practice located in the Edgewater/Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Join VCA and practice medicine your way! Our client base is growing at VCA Misener-Holley Animal Hospital , one of the oldest veterinary hospitals in Chicago, and we are seeking a fifth veterinarian (part-time or full-time) to join our team to meet client demand. We are located in Edgewater, which is one of the most culturally and economically diverse neighborhoods in Chicago and we have a very loyal client base.

Our Medical Director has a Master's Degree in Public Health, in addition to her DVM, and our other veterinarian of eight years spent time in London doing relief work prior to joining VCA. We also have a strong support staff with technicians whose veterinary careers total over 30 years! We offer advanced technology with the following equipment: digital radiology, digital dental radiology used for all dental procedures to provide best tools and care, electronic medical records and ultrasound. We also have a strong focus on Fear Free visits to keep pets and their families happy and comfortable.


All of our hospitals are former private-practices that have retained the spirit that made them successful and now also have access to the people and financial resources of a large veterinary community. Our philosophy is to provide our doctors and hospital teams with the tools to be successful. We then rely on our doctors to make the best decisions for their patients.
