We are currently seeking talented, business-minded college students to join our Supply Chain and Global Procurement Development Program.

  • Supply Chain and Global Procurement Development Program: requires a commitment of 3-5 years, consisting of 2-3 assignments in different locations and/or business units. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, the buying and implementation of various commodity supply strategies, optimization of logistics networks, scheduling of our assets, and continuous improvement of supply chain policies, processes & systems. Qualified candidates should be 100% geographically flexible throughout the U.S. for the duration of the program. Rotation locations include, but are not limited to Wilmington, DE; Richmond, VA; and various locations throughout the Midwest.

The Supply Chain and Global Procurement Development Program members will be provided the opportunity to:

  • Develop an understanding of DowDuPont’s strategic business units, functions, operations, product offerings and how materials, service requirements and issues are managed.

Job Qualifications


The following requirements MUST be met for consideration in the Supply Chain and Global Procurement Development Program:
  • Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Logistics/Operations Management, Engineering, Business or related degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred
  • Previous work experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related fields
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Organizational and analytical ability
  • Be available to start full-time employment in 2019
  • Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction
