To administer the most professional, personalized skin care, hair care, nail care or any service treatment to our members and guests.
Understand and use universal precautions when providing services. Displays excellent customer relation skills and takes care of the guest in a friendly manner.
Maintain the highest level of product knowledge. Have knowledge of ingredient(s) of product(s) and their benefits to the client. Educate guest about proper nail, hair, and makeup care.
Customize treatments based on guest requests.
Suggest and recommend products for home use as part of retail sales program.
Complete all assigned side work.
Create client cards with treatment notes (if applicable).
Complete commission/hours/tips sheet and turn in on assigned dates to the Spa Director (if applicable).
Have knowledge of and suggest guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
Thoroughly clean all equipment on a daily basis and or after each treatment.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Other duties as assigned.
Communication Skills Requirement: strong command of the English language.
Ability to explain various treatment / services to guests.
Ability to converse with guest about appropriate content during service.
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
Two (2) years previous salon and nail service experience, preferred in hotel / resort environment.
Current State License of Cosmetology.
